GNSHS INTERNSHIP APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

Please note that a parent or guardian must attend the hospital orientation with you. The volunteer office will be in touch if your application is accepted.

Whether it's bringing some cheer to a lonely patient, delivering flowers from loved ones or making a sick child less anxious, NSUH volunteers have a great and lasting impact on patients. Volunteers range in age from teens to seniors but they all share a generosity of spirit and a dedication to giving. Volunteering is also an opportunity to join one of the top healthcare providers in the region. This excellent volunteer program is very popular but they give priority to Great Neck South students. TO APPLY PLEASE PRINT AND COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING 2 SETS OF FORMS AND THEN BRING THEM TO MS. KINSEY'S OFFICE BEFORE SUBMISSION. (WITHOUT AN ADDITIONAL NOTE FROM MS. KINSEY, YOU WILL NOT BE GIVEN PRIORITY AS A GNSHS INTERN, SO DON'T SKIP THIS STEP.)
